What we collect
- Account details you provide yourself, such as an email address or a display name.
- Voice input, only while you are actively speaking to the assistant, so that it can answer you.
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not buy third-party contact lists.
Voice and audio
Voice input is processed to produce an answer and is not used to build a profile of you. Audio processing for the assistant stays within the European Union.
How long we keep it
Data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as a legal obligation requires.
When you close your account, associated data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, a portable copy of it, or restriction of its processing.
You can also object to a given processing activity. Write to contact@navlys.com and we will answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
